Quest Institute Partners
Quest Institute Partners have worked together for many years, and at the heart of our success is our commitment to consensus decision making. The secret lies in conversational problem solving—keeping conversations going until a healthy resolution is achieved. We are motivated by the work we get to do together and inspired by the incredible transformation we see in the lives of others. Our passion for mentoring and empowering others to carry this forward is the legacy we hope to leave.
For almost 20 years Bill has served as a facilitator in life-transforming retreats. In addition to training as a facilitator, Bill participated in a variety of programs including two STAR workshops, the Onsite Living Centered workshop and Al Peso's Psychodrama workshops. He hosts a monthly men's support group in Nashville, and attends an annual Mentone Men's Gathering hosted by John Lee. Bill has also served in leadership positions on a number of Boards of Directors, including: The STAR Foundation; The Branch Group, Roanoke, Virginia; Tennessee Construction Coalition; Tennessee Associated Builders and Contractors; and Brentwood Academy. Bill developed a love for Rumi poetry after listening to readings by Robert Bly, Coleman Barks, and John Lee; his appreciation has grown to include the works of many great poets. Another of Bill's loves is riding his Harley Ultra Classic Cruiser. He is president and CEO of a mechanical construction firm, The Comfort Group, with offices in Nashville, TN, and Huntsville, AL. Bill is passionate about meaningful conversations and helping people transform their lives.
